Kobi A. Finley ESQ.

Kobi A. Finley is the owner of Phillips & Finley LLC, where she helps clients navigate the legal processes involved in elder law matters, including estate planning, Medicaid planning, guardianships, and probate and trust administrations. Before working at Phillips & Finley LLC, Ms. Finley worked as a trial attorney and a supervising attorney at the Florida Department of Children and Families. In 2012 she became an associate attorney with Ellen D. Phillips, P.A. In January 2013, Attorney Ellen D. Phillips partnered with Attorney Finley and formed Phillips & Finley LLC. Ms. Phillips retired in 2015 and Ms. Finley became the sole owner of the firm.
