Kobi A. Finley ESQ.

Kobi A. Finley is the owner of Phillips & Finley LLC, where she helps clients navigate the legal processes involved in elder law matters, including estate planning, Medicaid planning, powers of attorney, guardianships, probate and estate administration and trusts.
